Tlayuda, also known as Clayuda, is a typical corn tortilla from the state of Oaxaca, in Mexico, in addition to the crunchy tortilla, are prepared with a delicious combination of ingredients. USE: Due to its thickness and type of cooking, it is guaranteed to be preserved in good condition for long periods. Toasted tortilla, used in the elaboration of Oaxaca's tlayudas. Completely remove the wrapper, heat on a griddle until all the tlayuda is hot, add the ingredients that you enjoy the most on top. Fold and eat as you prefer.
