Preparation 1) Dissolve 1 sachet in ½ cup (112 ml) of water and 1/3 cup (37 ml) of oil. 2) Mix in a blender for 1 minute on low speed. 3) Mix in a blender for 3 minutes at high speed, until you get an airy and homogeneous mixture. 4) Dose into molds weighing 3 oz. (83 g) of mix in each of them. 5) Bake at 390 ºF (200 ºC) for 25 - 30 minutes. 7 serving per container
