Ground Cardamom
Fruit of Elettaria cardamomun, herbaceous, perennial and aromatic plant, original from countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Burma or Vietnam.
For its obtaining, the seeds are dried inside the pod in which they come, they are removed and ground.
Cardamom is used in both salty and sweet cooking, especially in bread and cookies. It can also be enjoyed with tea or with coffee, only a pinch is needed.
