Characteristics: Tejate is a drink prepared from corn and cacao that is traditional to the state of Oaxaca in Mexico. It comes from pre-Hispanic times where it is believed that it was used for ceremonial purposes.

Ingredients: corn, white cocoa, mamey bones, sugar and cocoa rosita.

Use: Put it in the blender with water and ice and it is ready to be enjoyed.
