Energy fruit smoothie

Banana smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ¼ glass of water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 1 pineapple slice
  • 1 glass of natural yogurt
  • 1 mango
  • Ice

Method:

Blend all the ingredients for a few minutes until all the fruits are well blended.

  • Ice

Method:

Blend all the ingredients for a couple of minutes.
