Homemade superfood face masks for glowing and healthy skin

It is well known that consuming superfoods is very good for health, but the benefits of these edibles go beyond that; using them in cosmetics will change your skin, making it look sensational.

There’s a phrase in organic cosmetics that says "don’t put anything on your skin that you can’t put in your mouth", and it refers to the chemical additives in cosmetics that penetrate through the skin into the bloodstream. Therefore, the best you can give your skin is in your kitchen!

Superfoods should be part of your pantry and in addition to eating them, you can also make fantastic face masks with them.
